1. Age Restriction (18+)

CoupleLink is designed exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use our application. Minor accounts are strictly prohibited and will be terminated upon discovery.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy (Harassment & Objectionable Content)

We enforce a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content, harassment, and abusive behavior. The following activities are prohibited:

• Sending hate speech, discriminatory, offensive, or harassing messages.
• Uploading sexually explicit, obscene, or non-consensual media.
• Spamming, impersonation, or fraudulent commercial solicitation.
• Unauthorized sharing of private personal data belonging to third parties (DoXXing).

⚠️ Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, permanent user ban, and device blocking.

3. Content Moderation & Reporting Mechanism

CoupleLink provides 24/7 accessible in-app reporting tools ("Report User") within every chat room and user profile. Our moderation team reviews reported content and chat snippets to take corrective action, including user bans, within 24 hours.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Digital purchases (VIP passes, premium features) are processed through Apple App Store Billing and Google Play In-App Purchases, subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
